Overhead reporting in PyBill summary file output incorrect (but FH are correctly computed)

Since RunID-502, the output from PyBill seems to report an incorrect overhead in the summary file (see example for 510 attached)

It reports a value of 0.1 minute, when in reality it should be 4.5 minutes.

This is most likely only an issue in the report of the summary file, as the FH are virtually identical between RunID-510 and RunID-486, as shown in this figure, where the difference in FH allocated for a given survey is plotted as function of time:
